Responsibilities:


The Opportunity


Develop Occupational Health and Safety initiatives and projects, through the optimization of processes, reports, development of innovative solutions for the evolution of culture and guaranteeing compliance with legal and internal requirements in EHS for PepsiCo Brazil's operations.


Scope:

Your Impact

  • Support in management system for EHS&S for make areas and internal warehouses.
  • Identifying industry best practices.
  • Coordinate EHS internal programs for Brazil.
  • Provide support and training related Safety.
  • Establish and implement the program for internal and external assessment as well for the inspections program.
  • Identify opportunities for improving EHS&S programs and reducing work related EHS&S incidents.
  • Providing consultative EHS&S services to the organization.
  • Implement site EHS&S actions plans in alignment with regulatory requirement, EHS&S Standards and initiatives.
Provide technical support to ensure the implementation of the corrective and preventive actions for near misses, incidents and accidents.


Qualifications:

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Engineering or any career that is compensated with the required work experience
  • 5 years + of experience in Environment, Health and Safety area.
  • Strong Knowledge of EHS Management systems
  • Lider auditor in ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and their applicability.
  • Lider auditor in PepsiCo GEHSMS standards.
  • GEHSMS Academy Certified trainer
  • Strong Knowledge of current EHS regulations.
  • MyEHS system platform expertise.
  • IUS Natura System platfrom expertise.
  • Strong Statistical analysis skills
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Capability builder
  • Ability to bring a group with varied interests to consensus
  • Ability developed for proper handling of information
  • Effective networking skills in a multicountry, multi BU, multi function region.
  • Language: Portuguese (native), English (expertise), Spanish (expertise)
  • Software: Microsoft Office, Enablon (myEHS), IUS Natura, PowerBI, Global Brain, Tableau.
  • Serve as a trusted employee advisor at execution in different country levels.
  • Networking and Comunication habilities.
  • Collaborate and Infuence Others
