The Supply Planning Analyst for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics will be responsible for supply planning activities, from the planning of needs based on the analysis of the installed base, stock control, placement of purchase requisitions, monitoring of import orders to availability in stock.

This position is part of the Service located in Barueri/SP and will be hybrid. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

You will be a part of the Service Team and report to the Eduardo Coelho responsible for Service organization in Brazil.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

This position will do all the parts planning (supply planning), considering the purchasing needs considering the inventory strategy according to the installed base.

will be responsible for MRP, evaluating the necessary safety stock for that product considering all variables (lead time, modal, etc.).

This position will follow up the entire management of orders placed in the USA and Netherlands, through requests via purchase requisition


This position will align with the service team, following the evolution of the installed base of equipment and aging, assessing which parts would be needed that should be kept in stock and which parts would be needed in the Car Stock.


This position will control the safety stocks that must be kept in the distribution center, Car Stock and any other location, considering the installed base, aging and possible parts necessary for maintenance.

This position will analyze the rotation of the Car Stock parts, with minimum and maximum adjustment according to the evolution of the base served by the field technician, ensuring the availability of the necessary parts, and movement of the parts without rotation to be available in other stocks


Will be responsible for monitoring the consumption of parts in each geographic region, in line with the established budget parameters, identifying outliers and promoting a specific action plan to correct deviations.


Will be responsible for the management of Excess and Obsolescence (E&O), making the quarterly projection and drawing up an action and execution plan to minimize the impacts on the P&L.

Provide all necessary information for the S&OP process to the operations team.


The essential requirements of the job include:

Education:
Graduated in Production Engineering or Administration


Training:

Advanced Office (procv, pivot table, etc.)
Refresher courses in the area of expertise
Advanced English


Accumulated experience:
+ 5 years
