Define plans, review the work progress, manage risks, and deliver the project milestones
Coordinate and communicate proper requirements to stakeholders
Manage issues and negotiate priorities with the management team
Pay attention to details, maintain proper time logs, and control project deliverables
Compile status reports, comprehensive project documents, and present to the top management
Understand the product features and provide leadership to certify other individuals

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science
CIMA or other equivalent qualification
12 years of experience in the software industry
Knowledge in management (Knowledge in project management, business analysis will be an added advantage)
Strong leadership skills with excellent planning, organizing and interpersonal skills
Excellent communications skills
Excellent documentation skills
Ability to face challenges quickly, willing to learn and adapt to new environments
Ability to take responsibility and being committed to deliver results
A strong desire for a career in software project management
