Assistente de Logística will have as main responsabilities:

  • Picking, Storage, Handling and Shipping of the Customer ́s Sales Order ́s in Brazil
  • Annual Inventory Process


This position is part of Operations Brazil located in Palhoça, Santa Catarina, having the opportunity of deliver the logistics best practices to Beckman ́s customers.

You will be a part of the Logistics Team and report to the Logistics Coordinator + responsible for maintaining the high level of customer satisfaction for logistics, the Logistics Assistant must develop yourself technically and strive to develop skills to better serve customers, comply with logistics procedures, manage demands vs.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Contribute as a team member and in partnership with their peers and the entire organization to achieve results.

Support the Logistics business, execute the budget premises, overtime, all Beckman Coulter resources, and key metrics performance.

Ownership and accountability for Logistics, peers and customer relationship. Lead customer satisfaction results.

The essential requirements of the job include

High School Certification

Experience >2 years Logistics routines.

Good communication at different levels within the company, including Service, QRA, CAS and the customer.

Skill with processes and KPIs, lead execution of action plans for deviations

Ability to manage issues and multiple priorities.

This position is eligible for a onsite work arrangement in which you can work part-time at the Company location identified above and part-time remotely from your home.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
