Job Description:


The Graphic Designer is a design expert and innovative thinker, who works across the B2C (physician and patient panel), B2B and internal comms arms of the business, delivering professional well-considered multichannel campaigns.

Working in close partnership with the wider marketing team and other internal stakeholders you will design campaigns that achieve their objectives and are appropriate for their intended audience.

Although your focus will be on owning the marketing activities supporting specific teams and brands, you will also play a key role in collaborating on other marketing activities across the business.


What you'll do to succeed:


  • Support the design function across M3 Global Research's portfolio of brands and internal programs
  • Design intelligent marketing collateral that achieves its objectives and supports the delivery of organisational goals
  • Ensure that accessibility best practices are observed
  • Work closely with other members of the marketing team, and other marketing stakeholders to collaborate on campaign strategy and impact
  • Deliver projects including, but not limited to:
  • Marketing collateral
  • Sales documents
  • Trade show materials
  • Web graphics / site updates
  • Infographic design
  • Social media images
  • Hubspot landing pages
  • Using programs including, but not limited to:
  • Creative Cloud
  • Adobe InDesign
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe Dreamweaver
  • Microsoft Office
  • PowerPoint
  • OneDrive
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure daytoday deliverables are met

  • Understand the market research industry, the competitive landscape, and industry forces, and where M3's strengths lie.
  • Prioritise your workload to make best use of your time to meet deadlines and targets, ensuring these are in line with business and departmental priorities
  • Perform flawlessly and professionally in a fastpaced environment, with the flexibility and willingness to change direction or strategy when circumstances demand.
