DepartmentOperations- LevelEntry Level- LocationBrazil - São PauloThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products.

The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud. Browse our Operations team openings to see how you can make an impact with us.

  • Identify operational opportunities and automate processes
  • Handle reconciliations between Shopee and stakeholders
  • Support the implementation of new credit products
  • Control KPI's and costs related to the credit
  • Support on solving users' issues
  • Interact with teams from different areas and countries
  • Work closely with the Singapore Shopee team
  • Support highimpact projects in a fastpaced environment, with concrete and tangible deliverables

Requirements:


  • Bacharel degree completed
  • Experience in credit or payment operation (FIDC operation, reconciliation, etc)
  • Experience in ecommerce is a plus
  • Knowledge in SQL is a plus
