Job Overview:


Customer Success Specialist:


  • Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information about our products and services.
  • Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and issue resolution.
  • Provide product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote new products and promotions.

Key Responsibilities:


Customer Onboarding:


  • Guide users through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
  • Provide detailed information about Sofia Health's features and offerings to new users.
  • Proactively engage with users to understand their needs and preferences.

Customer Support:


  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with empathy and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address and resolve escalated customer concerns.

Product Knowledge:


  • Develop a deep understanding of Sofia Health's platform, features, and benefits.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, health and wellness practices, and updates to the platform.
  • Educate customers on how to maximize the value of Sofia Health's services.

User Engagement:


  • Proactively reach out to users to gather feedback and understand their evolving needs.
  • Encourage user participation in community forums and other engagement initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance user satisfaction and loyalty.

Documentation and Training:


  • Contribute to the development of user guides, FAQs, and other educational materials.
  • Conduct training sessions for users to maximize their utilization of Sofia Health's platform.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Health Sciences, Business, Communications).
  • Proven experience in customer support or success roles, preferably in the health and wellness industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Empathetic and patient approach to customer interactions.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with health and wellness practices and terminology is a plus.
  • Techsavvy with the ability to quickly learn and navigate new software. Proficient in using Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for health and wellness is desirable.
  • Work in 100% English
