Job Purpose and Impact


The Finance Customer and Supplier Global Process Owner (GPO) will provide leadership and direction to design process strategy and standards for given finance processes globally and develop the strategy, operating model, and execution road map for Finance operations of the designated end to end finance processes.

Scope of process work include Credit to Cash, Invoice to Pay, Intercompany and Treasury/Cash Mgmt.

In this role, you will lead the team to proactively build and maintain strong business relationships with key senior Finance and Business stakeholders to meet organizational goals and expectations on process and operations.

You will serve as strategic member of the global finance Process, Data, and Technology leadership team. Key Accountabilities


Provide functional leadership and direction for designated finance teams to develop and define a vision and strategy for operational excellence within the finance operations organization.

Drive measurable working capital improvement through the PDT strategy

Provide leadership to ensure designated finance operations and global process strategies are aligned to maximize consolidation opportunities, process simplification, standardization and improvement and key metric measurements benchmarked against industry methodologies.

Communicate and benchmark with external peer groups and professional associations to identify trends in processing, technology, service offerings, sourcing, and emerging markets and how those translate to design requirement changes in the future.

Identify and execute global internal control systems to ensure effective and efficient operations and compliance with laws, regulations, and corporate policies.

Build strong partnerships with business and senior finance leaders by representing the global finance process and operations organization in the related leadership business meetings to create transparency and plan improvement projects on key initiatives.

Provide strategic leadership, development and talent management activities for direct reports and their organizations, which may include forecasting resource needs, recruiting, hiring, performance management, training, and budgeting.

You will also collaborate with managers and supervisors in your organization to ensure staff selections align with current and future needs.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of eight years of related work experience, five years of supervisory experience
Proven experience developing the strategy, plans and processes to effectively deliver operational excellence on key finance and accounting activities
Ability to travel 20-30% globally
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance or Engineering
Proven experience developing the strategy, plans and processes to effectively deliver operational excellence on key finance and accounting activities
Minimum of 10 years of finance work experience in a multinational company Additional Information

Compensation
The expected salary for this position is $200-225K. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance.
