, an innovative payments hub designed to maximize value from every transaction. Sabre Virtual Payments allows our clients to pay anyone, anywhere and integrates seamlessly into their current workflows with the goal to change how travel payments is today to the benefit more our customers.

Role and Responsibilities


As a Head of Sabre Virtual Payments - LATAM, you will have the opportunity to work with the biggest and more important partners, travel agencies and Corporations in the region offering them one of the best payments solutions in the travel industry and make them feel that travel payments are easy, seamless, efficient and beneficial.

What will you achieve?

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of leads that fit in with the global strategy of Sabre Virtual Payments
  • Increase revenue by growing client base (both Corporations and Travel Agencies) for Virtual Payments on a local and regional scale by driving the sales strategy in LATAM.
  • Lead and fulfill sales strategy goals by managing prospects through the sales channel to a "live" status
  • Partner internally with GDS account managers and cross functionally with Customer Success, Implementations, Partnerships, Finance and Product teams
  • Deliver strong performance results in line with agreed revenue and spend targets and overall SVP strategy
  • Provide team and leadership with consistent updates on progress with potential business
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM tool to effectively and efficiently communicate client updates
  • Offer expertise on industry and identify existing competitors to provide insight into marketplace
  • Be a key point of contact for all Sabre Virtual Payments partners in the region.

Requirements:


  • Expertise with Travel Agencies, TMCs, corporations and/or corporate travel
  • Highly preferred 5+ year experience in payments, focus but not limited on virtual card usage
  • 8+ years of proven success with developing and securing new sales clients to include negotiations, contractual obligations and closing abilities.
  • Account & Partnership management skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication & presentation capabilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable engaging with C level team members and clients
  • Capable of working autonomously managing and prioritizing responsibilities
  • Ability to travel 60% domestically to client offices and represent Sabre Virtual Payments at global industry trade events
  • Competent CRM experience including the use of excel, Salesforce and others will be valued
  • Multilingual: English, Spanish and Portuguese
