Job summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Renewals Manager to join our growing team to manage low-touch Customer renewal processes from start to finish ensuring high retention rates and seamless customer experience.


Responsibilities

  • Manage a high-volume portfolio of low-touch Customer renewal processes primarily leveraging automation.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all renewal-related inquiries ensuring a smooth positive customer experience.
