The position

By joining our team in Exploration & Production Norway you will have the opportunity to:

  • Perform cost control, maintain schedule and risks for modification projects.
  • Prepare modifications Work Program and Budgets towards partners.
  • Plan Modification and maintenance campaign windows, providing inputs to Operational Projects Manager and to Activity Steering Group Forum.
  • Plan project activities from short to long term, and integrate projects plan with masterplan.
  • Set up baseline and follow up on progress, KPIs.
  • Accruals and cost reclassifications.
  • Manage contractors plan, baseline, and progress.
  • Provide inputs to external and internal reporting/audits.
  • Coordinate logistics of materials to/from offshore.
  • Support control of nonconformities towards suppliers.

For this position, we are also looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Business Administration, Engineering or Economics.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience with project control, controlling or planning activities.
  • Solid knowledge of finance and planning principles is required.
  • Risk management experience is required.
  • Experience from the oil and gas industry, construction or international companies is required.
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese
  • SAP knowledge is desirable.
  • Power BI knowledge is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and relationship skills in a multicultural environment.
  • Ability to handle responsibility and high workloads.
  • Strong analytical ability required.
