Como será o seu dia a dia de trabalho?

O profissional irá atuar com o monitoramento de infraestrutura dos clientes NTT, junto com um time multidisciplinar especializado em redes Cisco.

O profissional precisará entender a necessidade e criticidade do negócio dos clientes afim de reestabelecer o ambiente de forma ágil e eficaz.

Quais serão as suas responsabilidades?

Monitorar o ambiente utilizando as ferramentas da NTT.
Participar de conferências com o time da engenharia na busca por soluções aos incidentes dos clientes.
Execução de troubleshootings, antes do acionamento dos demais níveis.
Responsável por criar documentações que possam ser utilizadas por todo a equipe.
Responsável por propor melhorias aos clientes junto a outros times.
Principal ponte de comunicação com a Engenharia para facilitar as análises.
Responsável por criar e gerenciar salas de crise junto à outros times.
Profissional será um dos pontos de contato dos clientes junto à NTT.

O que esperamos que você possua?

Conhecimentos básico em Zabbix
Conhecimento em redes Cisco
Experiência na área
Conhecimento básico de ITIL
Formação Superior em redes de computadores ou similar.
