Role Summary:


Execute and participate in the operation activities of the facilities, equipment, control panels, supervisory systems and monitoring within the technical standards and operational standards, controlling operational variables, observing the existence of abnormalities; act in the maintenance follow-up process, meeting the needs of the first level, directing other demands according to predefined standards, monitoring and testing corrections.

In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:


  • Carry out a critical analysis of the process behavior and control the production data under your responsibility in the SDCD, keeping the process efficiency indicators / parameters in balance. Intervene in each point of the process, making the necessary corrections and compensations of the indicators, through the SDCD or guiding the manual intervention of the operator of the area, to reach the profile of the expected goal. Maintain quality within the production chain as a supplier in the process, or by analyzing the product you receive as a customer of the process. Guide support teams in the search for appropriate interventions and solutions, including preventive measures. Seek guidance from the Factory Coordinator, when there are serious problems with distortion of the process parameters, which go beyond their decision autonomy. Conduct training for area operators in the operation of the SDCD and monitor the activities in progress in the area. Demand and charge the use of PPE and use in safe facilities and operations by area operators. Carry out activities in order to ensure the reduction of liquid, aerial and solid waste generation, preserving the environment, and notifying the Plant Coordinator in the event of an occurrence. Keep your area of activity clean, requesting support from third parties, in case there is an out of control occurrence. Produce quality pulp, meeting the production goal, safely, minimizing costs without compromising the quality of the final product, maintaining the plant's operational stability. Develop other activities related to those described above, always aiming to guarantee the continuity of the production process. Know and comply with the Quality, Safety, Occupational Health and Environment policies determined by the company, ensuring that the requirements and standards of the area correspond to the system adopted by the company.
Provide technical support to other operators in the area, whenever necessary:


  • Prepare and provide technical training for the team;
  • Train area operators in check lists and equipment inspection routes;
  • Support in the weekly maintenance planning of the area;
  • Participate in general shutdown planning;
  • Make technical consultations with suppliers to develop problem solutions;
  • Provide technical support in identifying causes and solutions for systemic or repetitive deviations
  • Monitoring of predictive reports;
  • Contribute to the development of Operators with the objective of implementing the best operating practices, training Operators and ensuring that the team has the technical conditions to comply and improve results
  • Develop the work team in the search for interventions, analysis of causes and appropriate, corrective and / or preventive solutions.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:

  • A degree in the related job field. Those with 1 to 2 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role will have an advantage but not essential. Willing to relocate to the job location.
