Nesta posição você irá atuar nos processos de preparação de reporte contábil para a matriz e demonstrações financeiras locais, definindo as adequadas transações contábeis, realizando conciliações contábeis e garantindo a correta aplicação das normas e legislações vigentes e processos corporativos.

Principais responsabilidades:

• Conhecimento relacionado às Demonstrações Financeiras seguindo IFRS/CPC's;
• Preparação de reporte contábil para a matriz na Suécia;
• Responsável por apoiar auditorias internas e externas;
• Conciliações contábeis em geral;
• Apoiar as operações das áreas de negócio com conhecimentos contábeis;
• Desenvolver melhorias e automatizações no departamento contábil;
• Trabalhar em conjunto com o centro de serviços compartilhados na Polônia e na Índia.

Requisitos

• Graduação em Contabilidade;
• Considerável experiência contínua em Contabilidade;
• Bom nível de inglês falado e escrito;
• Experiência em Big4 ou multinacionais será uma vantagem;
• Conhecimento de normas contábeis vigentes (IFRS/CPC's);
• Bom conhecimento do pacote Office (foco em Excel);
• Habilidades com Power BI, Power Apps, Alteryx e outros serão uma grande vantagem;
• Experiência em SAP;
• Habilidades de soft skills organizacionais e de gerenciamento de tempo;
• Perfil solucionador de problemas;
• Foco no cliente, boa capacidade de comunicação e atitude de trabalho em equipe;
• Curiosidade/Abertura para novas tecnologias e ferramentas.
