Local Unit & Position Description:

Screening of correspondence and interface with the condominium messaging;
Send, receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries (internal/external);
Request office supplies and local inventory control;
Use computer resources (computers, printers, electronic turnstiles, etc.);
Control the entry and exit of people and goods;
Receive, organize, forward and file documents;
Make the patrimonial control of assets, referring to your sector of work;
Organize the atmosphere of the reception.

Receive employees and visitors seeking to identify them, ascertaining their claims to provide them with information and / or refer them to people or sectors;
Answer general questions about the organization that are within its remit, or direct the questions to other qualified employees to answer;
Organize and archive documents;
Typing and printing documents;
Keys Control;
Keep correspondence record books up to date;
Make phone calls, answer phone and transfer phone calls;
Alert the employer about risks, failures or behaviors that may impair / affect the smooth running of the service.


Position Qualifications:

Graduated or Studying at College

Fluent in English

Portuguese Native

Good computer skills

Available to work from 12 to 6pm
