What you will do

As a Senior Project Manager at Volvo Group, you will be responsible for leading and managing large-scale industrialization projects within the organization, securing the SQDCEP deliverables.

In this role you will be responsible to Plan and Execute Projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

For that, you must have a advanced ability to Stakeholder Management, managing relationships with stakeholders, including customers, internal teams, and suppliers, identifying and managing risks that may impact the project's success.

It is expected for this position, advanced leadership competences in other to leading and motivating project teams to achieve project objectives, fomenting by cross functional collaboration.

Reports status will be demanded also. Providing regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management.

Continuous Improvement mind set, with Lean Manufacturing knowledge, is the expected way for performance achievement into projects and across our organization.

This is more then a competence, but one value way. Agil mind set and Agil tools are demanded.

The Expected Education for this position is bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or business administration, along with several years of experience in project management.

Together with this experience, certifications such as PMP and IPMA levels are more then welcomes and expected for this maturity level in this path.
