Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health is recruiting for a
Strategy & Projects Manager to work in
São Paulo.


The employee will be responsible for supporting the profitable growth of Consumer Health Brazil business, driving the company strategy with accountability for capturing external and internal insights and influence medium and long-term decision making addressing new business opportunities.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Be responsible to untapping incremental growth seeding Innovation & New Business opportunities.
  • Lead the process to seed & incubate new sustainable and profitable opportunities (from M&A, channels, services) on top of our core business.
  • Retrofeeds region on local needs and growth opportunities.
  • Leads local opportunities mapping, builds MVP and/ or Business Case to approve new business opportunities and design the implementation plan with the execution team.
  • Promotes regional tools into local to maximize innovation tracking and New business pilot, actionability, and overall contribution to business.
  • Provides feedback on what needs to be truth for expansion.
  • Develop and inspire his/her direct and indirect teams, building an environment of progress, development, and recognition.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree required. MBA or a Specialization in Business or Strategy is an asset.
  • Strategic problem solver, capable of seeing the big picture with an innate ability to be able to work in analytic detail.
  • Effective communication and social skills, ability to connect and defend a point of view with seniorlevel leadership.
  • Intellectual curiosity, entrepreneurship behavior, customer and consumer obsession.
  • Great teammate, able to further positive relationships with internal and external partners across multiple areas.
  • Market and finance knowledge and experience to drive and influence business decisions.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Prior experience in sales is required. Experience in new channels development, strategic area, project management and or new business area is a differentiator.
