O que precisa ter ou saber?
- _ Conhecimento do mercado de seguros, preferencialmente em Benefícios;_
- _ Experiência na área de vendas e/ou relacionamento;_
- _ Autogerenciamento e organização de prioridades;_
- _ Conhecimento e habilidades de ferramentas de Call Center;_
- _ Conhecimento intermediário de Excel e PowerPoint;_
- _ Formação Acadêmica: Superior completo;_
- _ Idiomas: inglês ou espanhol (desejável);_
- _ Competências: Motivação, Relacionamento Interpessoal, Energia Positiva, Planejamento Comercial._
- _ Experiência e conhecimento de redesenho de régua de relacionamento, NPS, CSAT, Reclame Aqui,_ _processos e organização e inclusão de novas ferramentas que agreguem valor ao processo de vendas será um diferencial._

Principais responsabilidades ou desafios:

- _
Atendimento comercial da grade de corretores sob sua responsabilidade;_
- _ Prospecção de novos negócios;_
- _ Alimentação e gestão de pipeline de negócios;_
- _ Desenvolvimento e acompanhamento de campanhas, réguas de ativação e relacionamento;_
- _ Mapeamento de mercado;_
- _ Treinamento/Capacitação de corretores;_
