What you'll do

Partner with hiring managers and other key stakeholders to help them evaluate and structure hiring needs for roles of varying seniority across multiple business areas
Drive every stage of the talent acquisition process and make accountable hiring decision
Add value to our recruiting processes by leveraging current trends in active sourcing and recruiting while driving improvements that impact local pipeline areas
Manage projects to ensure continuous optimisation and development of the team and our processes
Determine strategies to ensure diverse teams and an inclusive workplace culture

You'll be great for this role if

Have experience in endtoend recruitment for Nontech and Tech positions
Strong boolean skills and experience with various sourcing platforms
Experience with job boards and Hiring plataforms (Greenhouse)
High attention to detail
Flexibility, critical thinking and problem solving skills
Experience working with process improvements
Great communication skills both verbally and written
Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and Hiring Managers
Datadriven mindset and experience with dashboards
Can navigate ambiguity
Ambition and selfmotivation
Advanced English

Nice to have

Worked in recruitment consultant places or startup/Fintech
