  • Create support material for new processes and updates;
  • Perform quality control and act on process inconsistencies;
  • Onboard and train internal agents and outsourced teams;
  • Support daily activities of internal agents;
  • Help on outsourced management;

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, and similar.
  • Advanced English mandatory.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint knowledge.
