• Take artistic ownership of the studio's projects and work closely with the team, guide & mentor them through creative vision.
• Be the client's Point of Contact to all things artistic (along with the animation directors and the creative director)
• Contribute to the conceptualization, design direction, and development of our projects.
• Closely monitor and assure the artistic quality for projects of different disciplines
• From product videos and social media content to web design elements and UX/UI.
• Work on multiple projects in a teamoriented environment.
• Help assessing new projects' scopes and budgets.
• Maintain excellent communication both internally with the team and externally with our clients.

Qualifications:

• A proven experience with managing artistic teams, mentoring and providing professional feedback.
• Experience in leading creative projects from brainstorming to the final product
• Strong proven visual skills
• Solid understanding of colour, composition, typography and graphic styles
• Advanced level knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere and After Effects
• Extensive knowledge of visual trends and references in various styles and techniques.
• Highly organized, multitasker capable of working in a fastpaced and dynamic atmosphere.
• Positive and egofree attitude, with willingness to be handson when needed
• Proven track record of delivering clear and consistent visual feedback.
• Strong leadership, people and mentoring skills with demonstrated experience in teaching technical and traditional art processes
• Organized, selfmotivated, dedicated, hardworking, with a strong sense of professionalism and composure while working under tight deadlines
• Ability to work effectively with a large amount of ambiguity and adapt easily to change
• Manage multiple tasks and projects, switching focus and priorities to respond to business needs as needed
• A desire to innovate and to go above and beyond in pursuit of excellence
• Hunger for problemsolving and motivating others to deliver exceptional work

• Fluent English

• Verbal and written.
• Experience with 3D production
