In order to continue accelerating our DE&I agenda in Brazil and in other South LATAM countries, we are excited to be looking for a Senior Manager Diversity Equity and Inclusion that will drive our efforts to become an even more diverse, equitable and inclusive company.

This leader's mission involves all DE&I matters but will have a primary focus around the ethnicity-racial agenda.


What you'll do for us

  • Drive cultural change to make Coca-Cola a more diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace, building effective relationships with senior business leaders and mobilizing them, implementing listening strategies and providing support to identify opportunities, interventions, and initiatives for improvement.
  • Design and execute the strategy and plan for DE&I agenda in Brazil and in South Cone countries, in partnership with LATAM, the local inclusive networks and local HR and other stakeholders, and based on global strategic direction from the DE&I office
  • Monitor the program and its evolution through compliance with commitments and agreements, and achievement of indicators and results; being the focal point to answer surveys and provide data as necessary; revisit plans as needed to achieve desired outcomes
  • In special, act as the representative of the Coca-Cola System in the MOVER coalition for racial equity in Brazil: participate in the required MOVER meetings, connect the TCCC and the System with MOVER actions through a defined governance of communications and meetings, ultimately ensuring that our participation in the coalition is fruitful and driving value for TCCC, for the System and for the MOVER ́s objectives.
  • Act as advisor and connector of the local inclusive networks (affinity groups), so that they are fulfilling their role and advancing the DE&I agenda, supporting them in their governance, budget matters, and plans. Conduct regular listening sessions with their participants, and connect the inclusion networks to a broader agenda, also driving intersectionality.
  • Act as a focal point for LATAM or Global initiatives related to DE&I in Brazil and in other South Cone countries
  • Engage with key external stakeholders to learn, share best practices and, ultimately, find opportunities to progress the agenda
  • Influence and work together with the Coca-Cola bottling system, especially in Brazil, to advance DE&I in the whole Coca-Cola System, with focus on driving the MOVER commitments. Monitor data and generate insights to provide visibility of how we are evolving, raise risks, engage the bottlers in strategic actions to drive the acceleration of results.
  • Partner with 3rd party organizations and other industry leaders to help improve the DE&I landscape in Brazil or other South Cone countries to "Refresh the world, make a difference"

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in any discipline.

Languages:

Fluent Portuguese; English on an intermediate level; working knowledge of Spanish is desired

  • 8+ years of work experience directly in DE&I or in HR, consulting, communications or related jobs with
    DE&I exposure/scope in Brazil ́s context, with special focus on the racial/ethnicity agenda in Brazil:

Experience with or knowledge of Coca-Cola Bottling System is highly desirable:
