The Payroll Manager, Latin America for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for:
*Implement Shared Services Payroll in Latin America and Spain & Portugal *Consolidate ERPs from different platforms (ADP, TotVs, Datamace, Workday) *Define stand work for payroll procedures, redefine policies according to market practice and local labor requirements

  • Understanding and implementation of country legal requirements (government taxes, company obligations, as well as associates ́s impacts)
*Manage multiple interactions between departments and countries (HR, Finance, Sales, USA, Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Spain, Portugal) *Manage multiple providers in different countries, and consolidation *Consolidation of Sales Incentive Plans


This position is part of the Human Resources Department located in Brazil and will be on-site (3 days per week on-site/ 2 days per week home office).

You will be a part of the Human Resources Latin America department and report to the Human Resources Director, Latin America responsible for all Human Resources disciplines in Latin America.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • 12 years or more of experience in Human Resources Operations end-to-end
  • 5 years of experience in Shared Services Center implementation
  • Languages: fluent in Portugues, Spanish, English
  • Graduation in Business Administration, preferably Human Resources BA
  • Experience in matrix organizations, with proven international multifunctional teams
  • Master user of Microsoft Office, named Excell (example: macros and pivot tables), and other tools such as Databases
  • Power BI, One Model, Workday
  • 10 years of experience with ADP in different countries
