    Xenon7 is a leading provider of AI-driven solutions for businesses. We specialize in leveraging data and artificial intelligence to drive innovation, optimize operations, and enhance customer experiences. As the Data Technical Lead at Xenon7, you will play a pivotal role in leading our data engineering team and driving the technical direction of our data projects and initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and design scalable data solutions.     Responsibilities:

    • Lead and mentor a team of data engineers, providing technical guidance and support.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and design scalable data solutions.
    • Define and implement best practices for data engineering, ensuring high-quality code and efficient data processing.
    • Design and develop data pipelines and ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
    • Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing data validation and cleansing processes.
    • Optimize data workflows and performance by identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data engineering.
    • Provide technical leadership and contribute to the overall data strategy of the company.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Data Engineer, Data Scientist and/or Machine Learning Engineer, with at least 5 years of experience.
    • Must have experience with Real World Evidence data (healthcare claims, medical records, clinical data etc)
    • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, SQL, or Java.
    • Experience with big data technologies and frameworks, such as Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka.
    • Proficiency in designing and implementing large-scale data systems and ETL pipelines.
    • Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
    • (Preferrable) Experience working with Healthcare/Pharmacy/Biotech data and solving challenges with this data
