Design & Development

Designs and develops complex computer systems or programs, including prototypes, based on user defined requirements.
Ensure that Fiserv's development methodologies are well documented, and standards are followed

Leadership

May lead a small technical team to design and develop releases/projects and is responsible for delivery to time, budget & quality
Able to manage a team of vendor resources and ensure optimal utilization

Mentoring

Mentors and trains junior resources and provides quality reviews and guidance

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
V+ development engineering experience.
Must have strong technofunctional knowledge of Vision PLUS, specifically FAS, TRAMS and ITS
Must have strong Mainframe technical skills (CICS/COBOL/JCL/SYNCSORT).
Must have strong understanding of CA tools
Control-M, CA-VIEW, etc
Strong experience in Mainframe environment, must be adept in TSO, ISPF, COBOL, JCL, VSAM, Endevor, Easytrieve.
Knowledge of file transmission tools FTP/NDM.
Work on batch as well as online programs.
Strong analytical skill and problemsolving skill.
Follow standards and controls to ensure quality of outcome
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluency in English is desired.
Proficient with usage of MS office
Outlook, Word, Excel. SharePoint, Teams.
