Descrição Detalhada:


  • Produzir os itens programados, bem como montar, selecionar, desgalhar, armazenar e embalar conforme MTP, mantendo o ritmo, qualidade e produtividade do trabalho.
  • Realizar inspeções do produto baseado nas ES 842 (padrão visual) e alertas da qualidade.
  • Garantir a rastreabilidade do produto, preenchendo corretamente os cartões de rastreabilidade e quando necessário preencher os cartões amarelo (produto em análise não utilizar) e cartão vermelho (produto não conforme).
  • Realizar liberações de máquinas baseados nos planos de controle (Qualidade).
  • Informar ao superior imediato sobre a falta de algum item que prejudique atender ao pedido da produção.
  • Montar componentes injetados /conjuntos, conforme programação do PCP;
  • Verificar se a montagem dos componentes está adequada ao padrão de qualidade (ES 842) e conforme as normas estipuladas;
  • Preencher relatório de produção diária na área produtiva e apontar os refugos (sucatas) gerados no momento da montagem ou injeção do produto;
  • Atuar como multiplicador na capacitação de novos funcionários, e agir para que ocorra o processo de reciclagem quando necessário;
  • Manter a ordem a disciplina, organização e limpeza na produção baseado no conceito 5S;
  • Apoiar na elaboração e manutenção dos sistemas da qualidade ISO/TS 16949 e demais certificados;
