Job Summary:


Our Americas Human Resources Service Center is now looking for an HR-Operations Analyst with strong customer service focus to work on our "HR Direct" team.

Time zone Americas, this position will be based in Monte Mor (Sao Paulo, Brazil) or Polanco (Mexico City, Mexico).

Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.

What you will do:


As HR-Operation Analyst you will:

  • Guarantee 1st line services delivery to Americas employees in any and each of their requests related to human resources processes in an accurate, qualitative and effective way and on time according to the Service Level Agreement (SLA);
  • Analyze employee demands, proposing improvements in our communication and processes automation.;
  • Map and monitor different HR related requests in order to improve client experience with our services;
  • Manage, track and follow up on employee requests in the ticket management system;
  • Keep the intranet up to date and attractive about HR processes for employees to leverage employee selfservice;
  • Participate into global projects, improvement activities and testing activities.

We believe you have:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field;
  • Experience with employees' services;
  • Advance proficiency in English, writing and speaking as daily routine;
  • Spanish and Portuguese are desirable;
  • Knowledge of Human Resources processes is desirable;
  • Understanding of data privacy and confidentiality regulations, and the ability to handle sensitive employee data with discretion;
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables with competing deadlines;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional/ crossculture teams and stakeholders across the organization;
  • Operational HR experience, Quality focus, Client centricity.
