About the role

Responsible for tax information content
Management of a team of taxes analysts, supporting their activities including supporting career development
Accountable for response the tickets with tax content
Accountable for communicate all changes in tax area
Responsible to ensure that the tax changes were correctly implementing on the products, in the correct deadline
Support internal teams ( product, development, sales )
It is desirable to have already participated in working groups with the government
Support clients to ensure an excellent NPS in taxes rules
Identifies ways to improve the operation of own area and to achieve efficiencies and results
Sets timeframes and schedules to meet business needs
Presents status updates for various projects to their sponsors
