Clarivate is seeking to hire on a dynamic Renewals Account Manager to join our Life Science & Healthcare team This position plays a critical role in maintaining successful client relationships, managing renewals, driving incremental revenue, and providing invaluable cross-functional perspective on product and process improvements to the client experience.

About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments...

  • Associates' degree
  • 35 years' related experience in sales or customer service
  • Basic Excel knowledge and skills
  • Portuguese/English Bilingual fluency
It would be great if you also had...

  • Salesforce experience, or similar CRM experience, would be a plus
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in consultative selling and strategic account management
  • Prior experience in academia customerfacing roles would be a plus
What will you be doing in this role?...

  • Provide ongoing support and coordinate with Renewals Account Managers in North America to determine best team player/approach to engage client in renewal activities and new business opportunities; considers account history, existing relationships, and other factors.
  • Focus on new business, uncovering opportunities, creating target lists, prospect, and participate in territory planning while engaging the RAM/Account Manager as appropriate.
  • Participate in strategic discussions with internal stakeholders on future product enhancements; customer offerings/bundles and other initiatives aimed to strengthen renewal retention and new business generation.
  • Execute regular account reviews with the RAM North America Team, including contract status, product migration and crosssell/upsell opportunity, account penetration, and issue review, providing updated and regular status reports to RAM Americas Leadership.
Hours of Work


This is a full-time position, primarily working core business hours in your time zone, with flexibility to adjust to various global time zones as needed.
