Marketing and Communications Senior Director at BairesDev

We are seeking a Marketing and Communications Senior Director to join our Marketing & Communications team.

You will develop and oversee the execution of our brand, creative, and communications strategies based on a deep understanding of our corporate goals.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and coordinate the Brand, Communications, Client Experience Marketing, Internal Marketing, and Employer Branding teams.
  • Identify how our brand is currently positioned in the market, and design a researchbased brand strategy. Anticipate consumer trends and keep the brand up to date.
  • Develop and pilot brand initiatives ensuring consistency with the tone of voice and brand messaging.
  • Aid the Sales and Client Services teams to acquire new clients and generate more business from existing ones.
  • Lead our external communications team to produce highquality content.
  • Report on the success of brand marketing campaigns.
  • Guide the creative direction to meet the objectives of all publicity and public communications.
  • Lead crossfunctional project teams focused on the execution of branding programs, initiatives, and/or strategies.
  • Influence, develop, communicate, and commit to the organization's vision, goals, and strategies, translating them into action plans.

Here's what we are looking for:

  • Proven work experience as a Brand Development and Communications Marketing Director.
  • Proven experience in the design and implementation of successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in managing a large highperformance team.
  • Experience in B2B service marketing.
  • Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail and Advanced English level.

Desirable:

  • Native English level.
  • Advanced Spanish.
  • Proven experience in Press & PR for relevant players in the US market.
