As a new products manager, your mission is to accelerate early launch discussions through integrations of areas involved in the end-to-end launch process.

We strategically address early market understanding to seize market opportunities and tackle the challenges identified, aiming to ensure maximum acceleration of launches and results.

Main activities:

Lead feasibility analyses for launches, establishing local priorities and recommendations;
Lead by influencing a high number of local crossfunctional stakeholders;
Ensure that every priority will be aligned locally, regionally, and globally with both business and operations teams;
Work in the field, interacting externally with decisionmakers
Connect and engage internal teams (including those exBR) to follow good launch practices;
Manage digital solutions for automated management of pipeline products;
Map and analyze competitor dynamics.

Mandatory Requirements:

Undergraduate in health or related areas;
Advanced English;
Previous experience in Oncology;
Previous experience in Marketing, Market Access, or Medical Areas;

Desirable Requirements:

Launch experience with oncology/oncohematology products;
Crossfunctional experience in both technical and commercial areas;
Previous experience in the field;
