We're seeking a Systems Analyst to coordinate the efforts of the Compliance Technology team in implementing projects related to sanctions screening.

You will work closely with IT leads and project/program managers to understand business requirements, develop resource estimations, and identify project tasks.

In addition, you will be the driver behind the project's timely and accurate completion.


Responsibilities:

  • Ensures successful completion of the technology portion of the projects assigned.
  • Identifies and handles all IT work needed to complete projects.
  • Understand the underlying technical aspects of the solution and identify and handle issues related to the project
  • Accountable for ensuring all project SDLC documentation is completed, reviewed, and approved.
  • For Agile projects, participate in user story, backlog, and sprint planning.
  • Identifies and resolves project blockers and risks years of experience in IT management
  • Payment/Wires Processing technology or OFAC Compliance technology experience
  • Experience with US OFAC and other regions sanctions reporting requirements
  • Experience with Agile methodologies as a scrum master
  • Knowledge of the system development life cycle including waterfall and agile
  • Bachelor's degree
  • ACAMS certified is preferred.
