The Position

  • Reporting to the Cardiometabolic Marketing VP, as a New Product Planning Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will:
  • Evaluate the commercial and strategic potential of entering Cardiovascular & Emerging Therapies Areas (CETA), including analyzing market demands and evaluating competition.
  • Develop strategies for entering CETA, defining longterm objectives, operational plans, and implementation strategies to meet company objectives, while monitoring and evaluating the performance of new therapeutic areas, identifying areas for improvement, and adjusting strategies as necessary.
  • Establish connections with scientific communities and opinion leaders in new therapeutic areas to understand trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Work closely with other departments, including medical, regulatory, and commercial, to coordinate the development and launch of therapies in these new areas.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including business partners, patient organizations, healthcare professionals, and regulators.

Qualifications

  • You hold a bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Demonstrated experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proficiency in new product planning, business development, product launch, and financial planning.
