MISSION:


Lead the creation and execution of the Digital Solutions Strategic Plan of the Brazilian affiliate, in partnership with Local and Regional CEX & Commercial areas, as well as Global technology teams.

Identify business needs & opportunities to create short, medium and long-term implementation roadmaps to structure Digital & CRM capabilities, processes and solutions allowing brands and business areas to enhance their strategy and business outcomes through technology.

Act as leader of the Digital Solutions Strategy, enabling a multi/omnichannel and customer centric strategy to approach each of our external stakeholders (HCPs, Payers, Patients).

Manage direct reports as well as the area's budget and bring digital solutions and capabilities to AbbVie's business.

The
BTS Digital Solutions Manager is expected to:


  • Be recognized as the go-to person for digital technology solutions within the organization by providing advice and take a leading role in technology projects to enhance the business capabilities.
  • Be a proactive business partner, identifying opportunities and possible digital solutions to achieve commercial goals
  • Have input into business strategy, in areas where technology plays a significant role
  • Understand and build in partnership with the business and customer excellence areas a 360 value proposition for each of our stakeholders, based on an omnichannel execution
  • Lead digital projects based on knowledge of business strategy as well as business landscape and goals.
  • Ensure all digital projects are delivered to a highstandard and in line with affiliate and global requirements in terms of compliance & security
  • Network and partner with the global BTS organization, representing the needs of the local business, and determining either global technology consumption, or local Technology and vendor selection.
  • Align with local & global Product teams to embed needs within global Product development, activation, and support.

RESPONSABILITIES:


  • Lead the Digital Solutions Strategy according to Business needs. Establish and execute the affiliate's digital solutions strategy in alignment with Customer Excellence (CEX), Latin America and global drivers, with a crossbrand vision and multi/omnichannel approach that ensures sustainability
  • Partner with Customer Excellence to enable the strategic and tactical plan for Digital Transformation in the Brazilian affiliate through digital solutions and technology, with short, medium and long term objectives, in alignment with local, regional and global teams both for defining the business strategy and for defining the best technologies to be used ;
  • Manage Global Projects and Programs so that they are implemented in the Brazilian affiliate within the deadline, scope, budget and IT security / Compliance / Legal and Regulatory guidelines;
  • Manage external partners locally and globally, from defining the scope of work (SOW), creating and approving proposals, and meeting IT / Compliance requirements regarding the management of external suppliers and technologies. Ensure the affilliate's permanenty compliant and audit ready in terms of digital solutions across all areas;
  • Manage the budget of the Digital Solutions Strategy area, ensuring resource optimization and contributing to the financial planning activity on an annual basis;
  • Develop digital brand plans connected to the LRP process, the Patient Journey, digital behavior research, NNLRP and other business drivers;
  • Plan and implement digital marketing and CRM actions for Abbvie's Digital assets, ensuring the continuity of initiatives, in line with internal processes and regulatory policies.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of digital actions and it's impact in business outcomes, communicating opportunities for improvement and actions to improve user engagement;
  • Digital education focal point, acting as digital innovation champion in the organization;
  • Act with a consultative approach to Brand Team Leaders, Brand Managers, Value Proposition Managers and Medical Managers and other Brand Team capabilities as needed;
  • Provide deep technical knowledge of digital solutions and digital behavior of stakeholders.
  • Anticipate stakeholder needs, noting opportunities to use digital channels (including CRM) to improve patient and customer experience;
  • Anticipate digital opportunities for AbbVie, bringing market and internal knowledge to propose the development of new channels;
  • Ensure alignment with BTS and Corporate Communication in the implementation of technologies within established processes, working in partnership with local, regional and global technology areas;
  • Ensure the correct optimization of content between offline and online channels, reducing investment within a multichannel approach;
  • Observing opportunities for optimization and synergies to reduce costs and scale gains as well as process efficiency through automation.
