Energy Business Support Analyst to join its office in
Rio de Janeiro within the Consulting Commercial Division.

Mission:

We are looking for a self-motivated person to work in collaboration with the Corporate and Energy Business Units, supporting the Business Development Manager and focusing on new business and sales opportunities (Oil & Gas, Renewables and Mining Market).

Responsibilities:

Work directly with BD Team closely supporting Operations on the tender process thus ensuring all reviews and inputs to the process are accurate and timely;
Client visits and management of work identify potential customers; acquisition opportunities and business opportunities;
Attend conferences; develop network; engage with current and potential customers;
Discuss and understand customer's requirements;
Review Request for Proposal (RFP) documents to identify critical requirements (i.e. dates, expertise required and timelines);
Support with Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs) and Requests for Information (RFI) related to tender development;
Liaise with internal stakeholders to facilitate Expression of Interest (EOI) and distribution of tender documentation;
Collect all proposalrelated input; track and report against approved proposal plans, schedules and milestones; develop a coherent master bid document for review and Proposal Manager final approval
Organise meetings for internal stakeholders, to acquire technical and commercial (including pricing) approach;
Tailor compelling proposal content having captured the requirements by incorporating different inputs
Proofread and edited written contributions of others;
Facilitate lessons learned reviews and capture feedback for continuous improvement on the bid process.
Customer portal monitoring, requirement update and opportunity tracking acting as a Technical Filter to understand Tender requirements before go/no go decision phase.

Requirements:

Ideally at least 2 years experience of working within a bid or business winning process environment.
Engineering degree
English Proficient (Spanish is a plus)
Understanding of Energy processes and market; Microsoft Office/Dynamics literate;
Able to communicate with the required level of the organizations, also considering remote working conditions;
Highly literate with excellent written English, meticulous attention to detail and proofreading skills;
Working in an integrated team environment;
Coordination support skills and experience.
