AgroScout, Brazil is a target market for the size and quality of the soil, meaning that a Sales representative, you will lead all Brazil sales strategy focused in drive business forward in Brazil agromarket. - Drive our business forward in Brazil agromarket whenGenerating new revenue;
Cultivateing new opportunities
Leading and developing the overall sales strategy for the company.
- Continuously bring annual sales quota
- Build and manage new and existing sales channels large distributers, processors and Agroretailers
- Build solid sales pipeline for the relevant markets
- Manage daytoday relationships with key functions at customer's side processors and agroretailers, employees, partners, government officials, and stakeholders.
- Global B2B Marketing and sales for enterprises
- Leading and managing full sales cycles within enterprises and large corporates
- Leading sales operations at a fastgrowing startup and fastpaced environment
- Being versatile and resilient while working in a fastgrowing startup and fastpaced environment
- Fluently communicating in English (spoken and written) with AgroScout teams at Israel, Europe as well as customers
- Travelling in Brazil
- Timemanagement
- Critical thinking and problemsolving to understand customer's needs and together wth
AgroScout technical team define best solution to each cenario. - Relate and communicate with customers and AgroScout teams in a multicultural fastpaced environment, being able to assertively access the targetpublic.
- Small team management experience
- Global marketing & sales management, North and South America and agriculture and farming experience
- Fluency in communicating in Spanish and Portuguese or any other language
