- Manage assigned Partner accounts and lead the team within their accounts in Brazil.
- Develop joint Partner Business Plans, set strategies and goals, and execute them.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams within AWS and each partner to define and execute joint technology integration, marketing, and business development initiatives.
- Be a key member of the AWS alliance team, helping to define and deliver our go-to-market strategy with partners.
- Ensure AWS is the preferred public cloud computing platform across all partner product lines.
- Understand the technical requirements of each partner and work closely with the internal AWS development team.
- Utilize CRM systems, data warehousing, and other analytic tools to establish tracking metrics.
- Deliver business reviews to the senior management team.
- Establish long term relationships with leading ISVs in LATAM region.
- Utilize programs and mechanisms to drive successful partnership motions.
- Understand key challenges faced by software companies and create solutions using AWS Partnership Mechanisms.

As a Partner Development Manager at Amazon Web Services (AWS), you'll have the thrilling chance to implement our strategy to promote Amazon's infrastructure web services across AWS's key business partners and their clients.
Your duties will involve fostering relationships with leading ISVs.The ideal candidate will have a strong business background to engage at the CXO level and a sales background to interact with enterprise customers and sales/field reps effortlessly.
They should also have a proven ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges and convey compelling value propositions convincingly.Roles and Responsibilities:

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of experience developing and executing business agreements.
- MBA Degree.
- 6+ years of professional or military experience.
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions.
- Experience managing programs across teams and coordinating release schedules.
- Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations.
- Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements.
