Purpose of the role:

The main purpose of this role is to work shoulder-to-shoulder with market's stakeholders to drive and impact market business performance.

Driving business value by offering expert financial and analytical advice to assist in decision-making processes.

Key Responsabilities:

Support CFM to deliver the commercial results of the cluster (P&L and Balance Sheet), including Business Performance management, Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting processes within the framework set by the Group and lead by the FP&A team.
Preparing and carrying out weekly commercial reports, monthly financial reporting, and financial statement profitability analysis.
Support investment analysis for new projects.
Provide support and insights into the market to other finance departments
In addition, they are also required to be 'forwardlooking, focusing on the identification of opportunities to drive improvements in the top and bottom line and other key outcomes

Something about you:

Bachelor's degree in Finance & Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, etc. Professional designation a plus (MBA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent) 35 years of previous financial experience in a global organization
Excellent communicator, fluent in English (verbal and written) with strong collaboration and influencing skills
Strong analytical skills with the ability to clearly communicate results to an audience
Ability to collaborate crossfunctionally
Agile and able to build out new processes to better support our strategic goals
