Brazil Corporate Solutions Group ("CSG") is a Sales team which originates, structures and executes a wide range of risk management solutions for large corporate and public sector clients in Brazil.

The team sits on the private-side and works closely with Trading, Structuring and Banking.

The team has a multiproduct and cross-asset mandate and is responsible for originating and identifying client needs related to - among others - exposure management, structured financing, asset-liability mismatches, yield enhancement, subsidiary financing, commodities, etc.

The team is also responsible for the commodity flow of these clients.

Key Responsibilities

The individual will be based in Brazil and responsible for the commodity flow of the desk (pre trade, execution and post trade).

The individual will also be responsible for supporting the team, with structuring and executing multi-asset derivative solutions for both corporate and public sector clients.

These solutions could span structured hedging solutions related to Capital Markets (M&A, DCM -Bonds, ECA, Securitization, Loans), Commodity Derivatives, Credit Defeasance Structures - among others, in G10 and LM currencies.

In addition, the individual will support the team in their day-to-day operations by preparing pitches, working on credit and internal approvals and onboarding.

Qualifications

2 to 4 years of experience
Bachelor Or Master Degree i
Fluency in English is a must
Fluency in additional languages like Spanish is welcomed
Previous experience in Finance is a plus
Selfstarter with ability to think out of the box and adapt to changes in the market and regulatory environment
A strong understanding of derivatives is welcomed
Experience in building Financial Models and an understanding of Accounting and Financial Statements is considered an advantage
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
Strong appreciation of the suitability and appropriateness aspects of the business
CPA20 is mandatory
