We are looking for a self-motivated
Back Office Assistant to join our multinational team.

What you ́ll do

Analyze audit/system reports.
Create reversal requests with the corresponding team.
Analyze issues on the previous reversals requests.
Check entries on the Bank statements.
Identify, escalate and propose improvements together with the team.

Requirements:

Excel skills intermediate to advanced.
Advanced communications skills in English.
High attention to details and excellent analytical skills on reports.
Proactive/creative person.
Teamwork attitude.
Ability to work under pressure.
Be flexible on the working hours.

It's part time job, 6 hours and we work under a hybrid model.
