We are now looking for a
Cell Therapy Account Lead for our new innovative CAR-T treatment for multiple myeloma patients.


DESCRIPTION:


The CTAL is a business-level partner to CAR-T's certified sites leading the commercial operation with physicians, hospital management and quality team.

This position is responsible for leading the J&J Cell Therapy strategy in selected sites, operating as the major point of contact in the sites for set up and certification, delivering an outstanding journey experience with the customers as well as managing J&J operational areas related to CAR-T operation.

The CTAL also leads commercial negotiations, contracts operation, and supports access strategies.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Develop the J&J Cell Therapy strategic plan in selected sites, including site activation and facilitating their certification;
  • Operate as one single point of contact related to commercial CAR-T cell operation with the sites enabling an outstanding experience during site setup/certification, and coordinating all J&J partners related to this process;
  • Provide onlabel education on clinical data, safety, efficacy, patient identification and treatment process;
  • Acts as key partner to sites during operations, leading commercial negotiations and facilitating contract management.
  • Conduct site certification reviews and solve issues during operations, connecting related teams when needed to support with appropriate resources.
  • Proactively assist sites in ongoing processes' optimization, infrastructure review and support with audits and inspections;
  • Provide sales forecast with sites, connecting with J&J planning team;
  • Developing access strategy with sites, highlighting CARVYKTITM value proposition and supporting with payers negotiation;
  • Lead CAR-T field governance seeking the full alignment among J&J team members involved with the processes;
  • Constant collect optimization insights and bring together benchmarks, evaluate business opportunities, and map risks/opportunities in processes.
The CTAL will be part of the commercial organization and will report to the CAR-T Business Unit Leader. The role should be based in São Paulo (city) and may require business travel across the Brasil.


QUALIFICATIONS:


QUALIFICATIONS:


  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Life Sciences and/or business (required).
  • Bio/Pharma/Med devices experience (required).
  • Hematology/Oncology or Cell therapy experience is meriting.
  • Good understanding of healthcare environment (required)
  • Project Management (required).
  • Valid car driver's license type B (required)
  • Ability to accommodate business travel (required).
  • Hospital experience (preferred).
  • Prior experience in key account management in a healthcare environment is meriting
  • Advanced English
