THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL DO IN NUTSHELL

  • Lead a high performance and wellrecognize team of IT Supply Experts. You should be passionate by people and their development.
  • Manage the supply projects portfolio, ensuring that all projects are prioritized, scheduled, and resourced effectively.
  • Utilize waterfall, scrum, and agile methodologies to manage projects and ensure timely delivery.
  • Develop and manage usage and adoption metrics to track the success and impact of our Supply chain programs across the region.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with IT and Business Leaders with various business units, including Commercial, Supply Chain, HR, Finance, and Engineering, to ensure alignment and coordination across projects.
  • Liaise with global, local, and regional parties to coordinate plans and ensure smooth execution of projects.
  • Demonstrate high negotiation and communication skills to effectively manage stakeholder expectations and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the IT Head of Supply and Finance on the status, risks, and issues of supply chain portfolio.
  • Work with LATAM ́s Zone B2B Service Run Delivery Team to investigate system failures and identify solutions to prevent or minimize impacts.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Services, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • Clevel report experience
  • People Management Experience over 5 people
  • Functional knowledge of Operations, Supply or Finance
  • Experience working in a Global IT organization.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, PowerBI (desired) and industry standard project management tools including ServiceNow.
  • Outstanding customer service and interaction skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Ability to lead and work independently under little supervision within a demanding client centric environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to be a team player with a high level of initiative.
  • Ability to interface with various levels of management.
  • Exhibit broad understanding of technology and the mobile landscape.
  • Superior organization and time management skills.
