Position Description


Vehicle Engineering LAm is a key organization responsible for developing Trucks for the Latin American market, collaborating closely with other VE sites.

Join our Vehicle Integration and Strategy team, where you'll contribute to ensuring a comprehensive lineup of Trucks tailored for Latin America.

You'll work within a supportive and collaborative environment, surrounded by knowledgeable and enthusiastic colleagues dedicated to your success.


Responsibilities:


As the Vehicle Integration Project Manager, you'll oversee cross-functional project delivery for Product Development, from initial pre-study phases to Start-of-Production.

This will involve leading pre-studies, aligning concept preparation, defining acceptance criteria, and ensuring cross-functional development alignment.

Additionally, you'll be responsible for securing business cases for decision-making and facilitating a smooth transition to the production phase in collaboration with Chief Project Managers.


Qualifications:


  • Demonstrated drive and energy with a knack for building highperforming crossfunctional teams;
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, along with adept stakeholder management abilities;
  • A resultsdriven mindset with a focus on process improvement;
  • Prior experience in Truck and/or Bus product development;
  • Educational background in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics / Production / Industrial);
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English;
  • PMP certification is desirable but not mandatory.
