POSITION

Overview


The Senior Client Advisor is responsible for providing outstanding customer service, exceeding their sales goals, and mentoring the other sales associates.

Through product knowledge, elevated operational foresight, they will build an outstanding internal and external client experience and supports Fendi's dedication to excellence.


Responsibilities

Business Development:


  • Analyze individual business, propose, and implement action plans to improve results, generate sales crafting new clients and reactivating former ones.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to ensure that appropriate stock and assortment levels are available.
  • Continuously empower sales staff to meet assigned sales and performancebased goals; including lead by example in sales.
  • Build and maintain client book; followthrough with clients concerns, inquiries; maintain customer correspondence to build clientele, improve relationships and drive business.
  • Participate in the training of new Client Advisors (product knowledge, store procedures, company policies).
  • Must maintain open/ongoing communication and positive relationship with store management, peers and other levels of company personnel.
  • Achieve top seller status: the highest performance in highend sales, and the highest in Peekaboo sales, thus overall highest in volume.

Client Management:


  • Lead customer service quality, to meet customer expectations by offering excellent customer service standards.
  • Develop dedicated Fendi customers, implement appropriate CRM tools and maintain customer database.
  • Act as brand ambassador to strengthen/build relationships with VIP clientele/prospect customers.
  • Achieve positive Mystery Shop results.
  • Assist with special requests, which include but are not limited to repairs, special orders, returns, etc.
  • Proficient and accurate use of POS system and other software as the need arises, updating customer database.
  • Be a Fendi Ambassador at all times.
  • Follow Fendi grooming guidelines.

Operations Excellence:


  • Complete all vital administrative paperwork (i.e. transfers, consignments, reservations, etc ) in a timely manner.
  • Review and submit sales and operational reports to management in adherence to company's critical metrics and policies.
  • Ensure maintenance of cycle counts, inventory accuracy and shrink requirements in department as advised.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain merchandising standards per VM standards.
  • Know the best sellers and have them on display all the time. Replenish sell through of stock.
  • Perform regular store maintenance functions as needed or assigned.
  • May have responsibility for opening/closing the store as needed, including morning team meeting.
  • Assist in maintaining visual standards with direction from VM, corporate and management.
  • Follow Health & Safety guidelines.

  • Participar do treinamento de novos Client Advisors (conhecimento do produto, procedimentos da loja, políticas da empresa).
  • Deve manter uma comunicação aberta/contínua e um relacionamento positivo com a gerência da loja, colegas e outros níveis de pessoal da empresa.
  • Atingir o status de mais vendido: o mais alto desempenho em vendas de alto padrão e o mais alto em vendas Peekaboo, portanto, o maior volume geral.

Gestão de clientes:

  • Liderar a qualidade do serviço ao cliente, para atender às expectativas do cliente, oferecendo excelentes padrões de atendimento ao cliente.
  • Desenvolver clientes Fendi dedicados, implementar ferramentas de CRM apropriadas e manter banco de dados de cliente
