Customer Service (PJ) - Porto Alegre, RS

To work in a digital lending and payments solutions company.

Job Duties:

Responsible for supporting origination and analysis in accordance with the company's Credit Policies and Operational Procedures.
Collaborate with the Operations and Sales Team.
Conduct a thorough and in-depth analysis of customer needs.

Required Qualifications:

Completed higher education degree.
Fluency in French and intermediate English.
Propensity to work independently, take on responsibilities, and master the essential job functions.

Must possess strong time management skills, stay focused, be organized, and meet deadlines, including the ability to adapt to a process-oriented work environment.

Effective communication in both written and verbal forms of the required languages for the position.
Availability to work in a hybrid mode and with PJ contract.

Compensation in dollars.
