Revenue Management Capability Manager ( TPO & MIX), LatAm


Which is the main objective of this role?


Build and evolve the Revenue Management capabilities across all Latam countries and business units (Food and beverages) through People, Process/Governance and Technology workstreams.

Serve as Center of Excellence for best practices and knowledge hub in Latam market, also ensuring the knowledge management and its perpetuity, retaintion and transfer for RM global and regional community.


Qualifications

What will you be doing?

  • Lead the Trade Spend optimization program to implement the TPM & TPO (Trade Promo Management and Optimization) tools and process and ensure the use of the standard framework in the LatAm markets
  • Lead the Mix management program to implement the portfolio optimization tools and process and ensure the use of the standard framework in LatAm markets
  • Propose, review and align Revenue Management strategic roadmap
  • Disseminate the concepts of Revenue Management playbooks for all RM community and bring suggestions for improvements when necessary to update the playbooks
  • Develop and deploy adhoc projects according to Executive Committee demand
  • Engage and connect with PepsiCo global team and rollout best practices and processes
  • Support Revenue Management Analytics project with inputs and feedbacks, serving as Subject Matter Expert
  • Lead identification and assessment of must have Revenue Management process and propose actions to further embed those processes in the PepsiCo way of doing business
  • Contribute to developing the Analytics platform of the future for PepsiCo Latam Revenue Management

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Economics or Engineering
  • Advanced English required / Spanish desired
  • Background +5 years of experience in Business / Market / Sales Intelligence, Analytics, Finance, or Revenue Management activities
  • Problem solving skills
  • Robust analytical skills (high handling Excel, Access (desired), confortable with basic statistical concepts).
  • Acute business sense (e.g. understanding of market trends, P&L value dynamics, price formation, etc.)
  • Proven people management skills
  • High interpersonal and presentation skills (empathy, teamwork, storytelling, communication pyramid etc.)
  • Transformation skills, tools and process redesign, change management
  • Selfstarter & self managed (managing and working with teams remotely)
  • Ability to interact and persuade professionally with a diverse group of Executive Leaders, Operational staff, Functional Managers and SMEs (become trustfull advisors for RM Community, starkeholders and partners)
  • Ability to align process priorities and ensure compliance
  • Ability to manage projects and drive project governance and deliver on key milestones per the timelines contracted
