We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our team while working remotely.
Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.


Requirements:


  • Fluent English
  • Verbal and Written ( Video is required when applied)
  • High Speed Internet connection
  • Laptop/Computer
  • Mobile with unlimited data

Responsibilities:


  • Build and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and followup.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets to contribute to the overall growth of the business.
  • Provide excellent customer service to address client inquiries and concerns
  • Schedule Cleanings
  • Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records
  • Organize calendars and reports
  • Perform sales over the phone
  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
  • Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, VoIP, Google Meet, etc
  • Experience with wordprocessing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office)
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Solid organizational skills
  • High school diploma; additional qualifications as Administrative or Executive Assistant is a plus

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in virtual sales or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Selfmotivated with a passion for achieving sales goals.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual environment.
  • Familiarity with the cleaning industry is a plus.

$3000 after proven performance + commission based on sales
