Local Unit & Position Description:

Supply Chain and Product Assurance Region Americas delivers services through our portfolio of assessment and digital assurance solutions, we help companies build trust and transparency around products, assets, supply chains and ecosystems.


Together with the finance team, business controllers and one Regional Finance & Performance Manager you will learn to monitoring, manage and maintaining complete and accurate records of projects of Supply Chain and Product Assurance.


Responsibilities:

- _

Acts as business partner, uses analysis and insight that links financial reports to business strategies, advise management in area of responsibility.

_
- _ Understands and interprets the financial performance of the units the controller is responsible for (preferably weekly), extract and share financial trends._
- _ Partners with the business to ensure line management take ownership of the relevant KPIs._
- _ Understands business drivers, influence management to strive for operational excellence in financial KPIs._
- _ Facilitates, reports & challenges dynamic forecasting, pipeline development, sales order book and sustainable outlook of services._
- _ Supports the development of new business models, review & challenge business plans and investments._
- _ Coordinates and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts._
- _ Runs ad-hoc analysis and deep dives for the region/BU._
- _ Maintains and embodies a culture of internal control and compliance where an adequate control framework is seen as an asset that will help to achieve business goals; ensure compliance against DMS._
- _ Drives performance through the roll-out, set-up and fine-tuning of new decision support mechanisms and margin management._
- _ Leads change initiatives and generate insights and discussion._
- _ Leads the optimisation of a cost
- and cash-driven entrepreneurial culture._
- _ Trains Line Managers and Project Managers in financial processes and controllership related to business units' projects._
- _ Works closely with Regional Finance Manager and identify actions to reduce AR, when needed._
- _ Works closely with Finance Team to keep control of WIP._


Position Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

- _ Master degree in Finance or Chartered Accountant_
- _ 5-10 years of relevant work experience_
