We are seeking for a Business Development Manager to be responsible for developing and prospecting new business and customers, identifying emerging business opportunities, and building and maintaining long-term relationships with partners in order to increase company revenue and maximize profits.


Responsibilities:


  • Map prospects and generate leads for the company;
  • Prospect and generate new business using existing and potential customer networks;
  • Assess the current performance of the business and find ways to help the business reach its full potential;
  • Understand the ideal customer and partner profile for the company;
  • Manage your assigned portfolio of accounts to achieve longterm success by acting as a point of contact and address individual customer needs;
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely and effective manner;
  • Report on account and transaction status;
  • Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts);
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of our services in accordance with client needs and objectives;
  • Assist with challenging customer requests or escalate issues as needed;
  • Store and organize financial and nonfinancial data in electronic format and submit reports;
  • Manage the processing of RFPs and RFIs accurately and on time;
  • Inform customers of delays, problems or unforeseen issues

Requirements:


  • Proven experience with Business Development;
  • Handson experience with customer success management;
  • Knowledge of CRM software (HubSpot) and MS Office (MS Excel in particular);
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Ability to deliver projects and answer questions in a timely manner;
  • Ability to meet customer needs and increase customer engagement;
  • Analytical and time management skills;
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills;
  • Assertiveness and confidence;
  • Fluent written and spoken English;
  • Availability for travel;
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
