Atividades
Gerenciar e administrar a operação e o escopo definido no contrato dos serviços de limpeza, controle de pragas, segurança, mailing, recepção / Call Center, Serviços de Cafeteria e Bistrô, (soft facilities)

Garantir o cumprimento do Budget e forecast e atingir as metas de economia definidas pelo Gerente de Infraestrutura

Identificar oportunidades de benefícios ao cliente, em termos contratuais, que proporcionam economia ao orçamento anual e novas oportunidades para melhorias nos serviços

Verificar que os serviços do Bistró estejam em conformidade com os padrões e procedimentos do material do HS&E

Controlar o faturamento dos fornecedores

Realizar e apoiar nos processos de auditorias periódicas das empresas terceirizadas

Assegurar que os padrões de qualidade de atendimento ao cliente são atendidos com os padres estabelecidos

Controlar e reportar indicadores de desempenho e alcance de metas

Requisitos:

Formação superior completa

Sólida experiência com Soft Facilities

Experiência em hotelaria e atendimento ao cliente

Inglês avançado/fluente
